We are delighted to welcome as the first members of our SAG:

David Batker M.S. Founder and Director of Earth Economics (more about Mr. Batker)

Kate Davies Ph.D. Associate Director of the Center for Creative Change at Antioch University (more about Dr. Davies).

Andrew Light Ph.D. Associate Professor of Philosophy and Public Affairs, Department of Philosophy at the University of Washington (more about Dr. Light).

Johnny Palka Ph.D. Professor Emeritus of Biology at the University of Washington.

He helped to found the new Program on the Environment which is broadly interdisciplinary and includes components from the natural and social sciences, law, business and the humanities. Prior to this he had a long and distinguished career both as a researcher in the neurosciences and as an innovative teacher. Since moving to Whidbey Island he has been active with the Whidbey Institute, Friends of Freeland, the AuSable Institute, Beachwatchers, and Earth Sanctuary.

Roger Rosenblatt M.D. Professor and Vice Chair of the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Washington School of Medicine (more about Dr. Rosenblatt).

David Secord Ph.D. Program Officer at Wilburforce Foundation (more about Dr. Secord).
